Job Description

  • Create new opportunities, with the new and existing customers.
  • Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them.
  • Maintain long-term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives.
  • Follow up with the customers as after sales service.
  • Handle all sales operation process inside the company “end-to-end process”.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications.
  • Solve Customer problems and complaints to reach solutions & satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Update Management (CRM) with all details on the Customers.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Printing solutions, Managed printing services (MPS) and printing supplies. (Xerox, Canon, HP, … etc.)
  • HP experience is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of success and overachieving on revenue targets.
  • Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
  • Candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good Command of English language.
  • Owning a car is an advantage
