Job Description
- Create new opportunities, with the new and existing customers.
- Provide the customers with new quotations and negotiate them.
- Maintain long-term relationship servicing existing customer and build new relationships with new customers.
- Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives.
- Follow up with the customers as after sales service.
- Handle all sales operation process inside the company “end-to-end process”.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications.
- Solve Customer problems and complaints to reach solutions & satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Update Management (CRM) with all details on the Customers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Printing solutions, Managed printing services (MPS) and printing supplies. (Xerox, Canon, HP, … etc.)
- HP experience is an advantage.
- A proven track record of success and overachieving on revenue targets.
- Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
- Candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Command of English language.
- Owning a car is an advantage
