Job Description

  • Provide dynamic and creative leadership through guiding and training the team.
  • Support agents to achieve their targets.
  • Provide direct coaching and training to the team.
  • Supports the team in meetings and monitors the handling of clients.
  • Meets clients and solve their issues with the team if needed.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the team and follow up on their achievements and provide a report to the Marketing Manager.
  • Create a Sales Funnel.
  • Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest.
  • Work quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business and build the company’s reputation.
  • Performs quarterly evaluations (KPIs) with the team and reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure a smooth and dynamic workflow.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales.
  • Competent presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate fairly.
  • Ability to learn about various products, and display and share this knowledge in a confident manner.
  • Possess a passion for finding and selling to new customers.
  • Have an understanding of business relationships and how to develop healthy client relations.
  • Possess a determination to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage other salespeople with enthusiasm.
  • Retain a track record of success in closing sales and delivering quality products.
  • Have a willingness to follow through to see that every customer receives their product and is satisfied with the outcome.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and industry-specific analysis software.
