Job Description

  • Meeting customers face to face and explain the product professionally and answer all questions.
  • Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
  • Participate in making the monthly action plan that include no. of sales as per each brand
  • Participate in Identifying no. of targeted dealers to set achievements by coordinating with the delegates in each sales group
  • Participate in the weekly action plan and send it to his supervisor to put the monthly target
  • Implementing his daily tasks to achieve the daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s projects.
  • Setting the yearly business plan and cascade it on monthly basis.
  • Evaluate the performance through set of KPIs on quarterly basis.
  • Listening and assessing client’s suggestions, needs and requests.
  • Execute the sales plan to achieve the targeted sales and adjust their performance to achieve the required target.

Job Requirements

  • Min 5 years’ experience in selling tires in the Egyptian market. (passenger cars, light trucks and trucks /busses)
  • Cairo based.
  • Have means of transportation.
  • Ready to cover territories all over Egypt.
  • To deal with Dealers and Commercial users.
  • Computer Knowledge
  • English language is a plus
  • Hard working to cover his area and achieve targets
