- Sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for various positions
- Work in building talent acquisition pipeline to attract and hire qualified candidates leveraging public channels such as social media.
- Work with key stakeholders to enhance employer brand in the marketplace to support the company's purpose.
- Schedule interviews and sending invitations to potenial candidates.
- Organize work schedule and timeframes for the required tasks.
- Attend employment fairs and HR events.
- Work in different social media channels like Facebook and Linkedin and provide market insights.
- Engage in other HR tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline from well recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR area specially recruitment.
- Working with Social Media channels is required
- Excellent English level (Oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and able to set priorities to deliver before deadlines.
