Job Description
- Provide support for the Enterprise Resource Planning projects, under supervision of the Application Manager, for entities and during the implementation phases.
- Help in the implementation of the ERP in the entity, providing system maintenance and users support.
- Assist in challenging local functional requirements versus defined template.
- Executes new requirements, requests, and complaints received from different departments and branches and coordinates with the Application Manager to resolve it.
- Manages key-users incidents and propose relevant solution and if needed, escalates to Application Manager.
- Performs System Adjustments to meet business needs
- Contributes to execution of all project implementation phases.
- Design and apply users authorization strategy in the system.
- Applies data migration strategy defined by the Application Manager, to ensure safe & accurate transfer of data.
- Coordinates migration files preparation (extraction, cleansing, update, …) with key users
- Performs system testing to make sure it meets the set objectives
- Performs periodic maintenance and servicing of ERP system
- Follows up regularly with users on system’s performance to avoid unplanned outages and down times.
- Develops technical and operational support documentation
- Prepares and maintains training documentations and end users procedures
- Assist in training the Key Users and support the end users training
Job Requirements
- University degree in MIS or Computer Sciences or equivalent
- ERP support and implementation experience
- Must be proficient with SAP B1 module
- Must be proficient with SQL Server Database Programming
- Knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, systems and reporting
- Ability to handle stress situations pertaining to MIS operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same / similar field.
- Very good command of English (French is a plus).
