About the job Fleet Coordinator
- Preferably Arabic national who can speak English.
- Allocation and supervision of drivers/operators, mobilization of equipment, and follow-up insurance related issues.
- Allocation of Drivers/operators to working assets via requirements and managing driver/operator availability, utilization and their leave scheduling and arrange replacements.
- Ensuring all company vehicles are insured and registered.
- Coordinating third party vendors to arrange vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Communicating with vendors or customers service appointments for each vehicle.
- Coordinating with insurance companies to fie claims for damaged vehicles including sending and received vehicles for repair on insurance.
- Report vehicle accidents or other incidents involving company vehicles to insurance companies or legal departments .
- Schedule employee training on company vehicles and equipment Assessment of new driver/operator prior to deployment.
- Coordinate the availability of vehicles/equipment for maintenance Supervise the mobilization logistic of project equipment.
- Monitor drivers/operators compliance with local traffic regulations and company HSE procedure reporting violations and initiating disciplinary actions against violator.
- Maintain a fleet inventory all company-owned vehicles, including the make and model, purchase date, current mileage and outstanding repairs.
