Job Objective: - Support Eva Cosmetics employees for Oracle Supply Chain modules
Job Description: - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person via ticketing system
- Support end users for all Oracle requests
- Create or modify oracle reports and forms
- Provide technical support for all modules
- Lead the analysis, troubleshooting and research of business opportunities and develops solutions.
- Support applications in an efficient manner by documenting and automating routine I.T. tasks.
- Provides both remote and on-site support for Oracle Applications.
- Tests, debugs and corrects errors in the final system using trial and error techniques and diagnostic software to detect program errors.
- Ability to work effectively with Oracle Support to resolve Service Request (SR) issues.
- Ability to work effectively with Application Express (Apex)
- Understand and customize Oracle applications to achieve high business value through standard functionality
- Apply past experiences to identify alternative solutions for current issues.
- Define new suppliers, create sub-inventory, and schedule reports to be sent automatically, develop reports and development track.
- Ability to assist other developers or analysts with their projects as needed.
- Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design and Technical Design
- Present information of technical nature to clients, users, and non-technical staff effectively using both verbal and written communication methods
- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in Oracle applications and Oracle programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.
- Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.
