Job Description

Job brief

  • We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks to support the company General Manager
  • Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include coordinating tasks with senior management, performing online research, preparing presentations and complete several administrative tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
  • Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
  • Develop materials for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports


 

 

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Presentable
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
  • FLUENT spoken and written English and Arabic is a MUST
