Job Description
- Manage all types of equipment and kits.
- Automate preventive maintenance to keep equipment's line running and to optimize equipment’s performance
- Developing top management performance dashboard & Statistics
- Use automatically computed statistics including MTBF and MTBR to fine tune the preventive maintenance rules and reduce the risk of equipment failure.
- Submitting and monitoring of plant annual budget.
- Develop and moderate the work process , policies and procedures ,enabling the continuous improvement to the plant performance and to enhance the outcomes.
- Standardize and manage inspections, repair requests, work orders and parts management more efficiently
- Automate preventive maintenance and transition to a proactive, cost-effective approach
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience with construction heavy equipment, machines operation and maintenance.
- Proficient in dealing with Microsoft office and fleet management systems.
- 08:12 years experience in heavy equipment’s and contracting field.
- English fluency in reading and writing, possessing presentation and communication skills highly
- Leadership qualifications.
- Possessing great information about the local and worldwide suppliers to the heavy equipment's spare parts.
