Job Description
- Acquires new customers (electricians, distributors, and traders).
- Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field.
- Resolves customer (electricians, distributors, and traders) complaints and queries.
- Informs management of purchase actions/ updates.
- Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum targets.
- Do market research and monitors the competitors’ activities.
- Monitoring customers’ (electricians, distributors, and traders) performance monthly or bi-monthly.
- Monitoring customers’ (electricians, traders, and distributors) retention/ activation rate (active and non-active).
- Maintains on-ground branding.
- Build good and bonded relation with customers (electricians, traders, and distributors).
Job Requirements
- Males
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Owns Car or motorbike.
- Customer service and people managements.
- Communication skills via Phone and chat.
- Prospecting, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Patience to deal with customer complains and issues.
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude.
