Job Description
Managing the following:
- The role includes the development and execution of a digital strategy, aligned with the overall communications strategy and messaging for the company, the management of conversations in the social community, as well as coordinating internal communications. The person will work across the various departments and support the digital requirements.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Manage web analytics for paid and editorial content to discover opportunities for improvement.
- Will be incharge of database management and creating customer emails of database management and creating customer emails.
- Targeting and Retargeting adverts and campaigns.
- Involve in SEO and web and online adverts.
- Enhance, Manage and update the website contents and design regularly.
- Increase the followers of the social media accounts, and increase the number of people visiting the websites.
- Prepare plan and calendar for both social and digital campaigns.
- Content creation to include writing outgoing social messages in content calendar format, blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials. Should be able to develop creative ways to enhance audience engagement.
- Design the social and digital content.
- Continuously improve by capturing, analysing and reporting the social media, website data/metrics, insights and best practices.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
Minimum Experience: 5-10 years relevant.
English fluent fluency is a must (Bilingual).
