Job Description
- Provide leadership and mentoring for your subordinates, including ongoing training, development, performance management, conflict management and crisis management
- Carryout regular on the job reviews making sure hazards are being identified and controlled, the correct use of tooling and work procedures being followed
- Attend weekly planning meetings, review weekly plans to ensure they are realistic and achievable
- Complete Tire reports and input tires changes on the Kline tire system
- Continually assess the tooling and equipment to do the job safely and effectively
- Execute all planned work in line with the weekly schedules while also managing the unscheduled breakdowns of equipment.
Job Requirements
- Have qualification in the Tire industry.
- Have knowledge of hot/cold vulcanizing
- Have Experience in inspecting and fault finding on tires.
- Minimum of three or Five years’ experience
- Good working knowledge of maintenance planning/scheduling
