Job Description
- Conduct design and product research; plan, organize and collect feedback from end-users.
- Identify opportunities and pain points for continuous discovery.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mocks, and sketches and validate with end-users.
- Create and iterate on new and existing interactive designs.
- Maintain consistency across the product suite by contributing to and using our design system.
- Work with designers and engineers to brainstorm application ideas.
- Be involved and participate in the overall design lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Front-end developers.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- analyze data, processes, troubleshoot problems, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with current best practices.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Taking lead on projects, as needed.
- Educate and train team members to remain best practices.
- The ability to interpret analytics and implement changes to applications as needed.
Job Requirements
- It's a must to be graduated, A fine Arts graduate is preferred.
- 4+ years' proven experience.
- Professional Adobe creative suits & Design systems user (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe, zeplin, InVision)
- Innovative, Multi-Tasking designer with good command of English.
- Ability to discuss and explain design options
- Details oriented
