We will rely on you to:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with underwriters and operational staff in the Insurance Market to enhance collaboration and maximize business opportunities
Ensure successful placement of employee benefit covers for Marsh Clients in the local/ regional market by leveraging market knowledge and negotiating the best rates
Negotiate target rates with the Market for each deal.
Take a proactive role in negotiations on key accounts, leading major and middle market placements, and overseeing placements to ensure successful outcomes
Prepare monthly reports on yield and other structured MIS using standard formats, providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making.
Drive the team to meet internal KPIs, fostering collaboration with the CE team and operations departments to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional service deliver
What you need to have:
Bachelor degree - CII or any insurance degree
5-7 Years of experience working experience in Corporate General Insurance Brokerage business (preferably broking house or insurance company)
In-depth understanding of the Insurance industry Product Suite and Landscape
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Excellent communication skills with a knack for building and closing relationships
Competent in Microsoft Office and all relevant Marsh business applications including Practora
