Job Description
- A Multinational company working in food and beverage looking to hire "supply chain'' ( Market Logistics)
Project base from 1 year to 1,5 year - Measure, manage and drive superior customer service levels
- Drive superior customer service levels to our Traditional Trade & Modern Trade customers.
- Implement the daily/weekly order planning cycle with the Internal/external customers.
- Measure the On Time Delivery and SAMBC
- Own and improve the CFT & FROT
Reduce refusals by working closely with Sales & 3PL delivery.
Logistics Planning:
Develop with the Sales Team a weekly delivery schedule to be followed to plan for and control rentals and ensure smooth operations.
Monitor the orders delivery through a specified process to assess the delivery team performance vs the delivery plan.
Increase the efficiency of the delivery process by improving the utilization of the trucks.
Act as a single point of contact between the warehouse, delivery & sales team to manage conflicts between the different stakeholders for all accounts.
Measure the Age upon Dispatch to Trade (AUDT) from the Warehouse to the Market & from our SPs to Trade
Supply Management:
Ensure on time fulfilment of requirements for products from the warehouse to the customers
Follow up on the ordering cycle from punching the orders, picking at the warehouse, loading the trucks and delivering to the customers.
Follow up on supply planning team to ensure the availability of products at the right time
Maintain/monitor the contracted WOWs with 3PLs and sales team
Measure service level (Case fill to market at 98.5%)
Participate in the yearly physical count at the warehouse.
Managing activities / promotions:
Ensure on time delivery of promoted items to the trade.
Work closely with the sales team to plan the delivery of the promotions.
Continuous improvement:
Work on projects with the sales team to measure and improve SAMBC
Represent and own customer care & logistics deliverables for key business projects
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience in logistics, warehousing and delivery operations
- Strong analytical skills and drive for results
- SAP expertise is preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
