Job Description
- Manage Front Desk and coordinate front-desk activities.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Provide support to managers and employees.
- Manage and distribute information within the office.
- Register Meetings and appointments.
- Responsible for Meeting room reservations.
- Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and functional, with all necessary stationery,
material and equipment maintenance.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to designated recipient.
- Handle minor tasks related to HR department.
- Receive, greet, and escort visitors.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Liaise with staff and other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from
senior managers.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Pleasant personality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers an machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effecti streamlining office operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
