Job Description

  • Manage the whole recruitment process of white and blue collars.
  • Prepare and post job ads., screen CVs or job applications, make phone pre-interview calls, schedule face-to-face appointments, etc.
  • Select the right sources for recruitment, negotiate offers and stay connected and up-to-date with new or existing channels.
  • Keep an updated database for sourcing and recruiting.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and organize on-boarding technical programs needed.
  • Conduct exit interview in addition to analyzing and triggering turnover rates and common reasons according to which corrective actions could be taken.
  • Create, implement and evaluate all HR department policies, procedures and structures.
  • Maintain up-to-date organizational charts for the whole Group.
  • Set, update and maintain detailed job descriptions for all positions.
  • Design and implement effective training and career development plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions to ensure appropriate skills enhancement.
  • Perform quarter and annual appraisal performance review and audit.
  • Participate in projects - whenever available (e.g. organize an employment fair event, Ramadan gathering, summer trips - if any, Eagle Academy's ownership, etc.).
  • Prepare company's internal communications/announcements, ex. new hires welcome emails, promotions, public holidays, LinkedIn HR-related posts, etc.
  • Set summer training programs plan - if any - and work according to it.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labor law.
  • Take the responsibility of co-workers whenever not available.
  • Other tasks might be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree.
  • Language school graduates is a mandatory requirement.
  • Males are preferred (due to business need).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Training and Performance Appraisal.
  • Proven working experience with hiring a large wide of blue collar positions is a must.
  • Languages: Fluency spoken and written English.
  • Professional. Committed. Hard-worker. Can meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law.
