As a cloud consultant at GBM you are expected to help transform leading organizations within GCC to adopt public and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure cloud strategies.
You will advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within a leading financial services organization, and provide advisory, presales and solution development work for our clients looking at adopting cloud services.Minimum 8-10 years of delivery experience with at least 3-4 years experience with deploying in public cloud platforms specifically Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Designing a well architected cloud deployment design adhering the best practices principles and guidelines.
Building, testing, automating, and supporting the migration of workloads to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Supporting modern Continuous Delivery processes for releasing software and infrastructure to production
Documenting solutions (e.g. architecture, configuration and setup)
Applying automated configuration management & infrastructure provisioning using terraforms
Supporting pre-sales activities including discovery & design workshops and pricing estimation activities

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
OCI Cloud Infrastructure certification, as Architect Professional / Associate.
Experience in provisioning and supporting OCI components (VCNs, Connectivity gateways, Compute and Storage services, and Database families, FastConnect, PaaS Services)
Experience migrating workloads to OCI
Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling including:
Terraform
Ansible
Exposure to Agile project delivery
Experience on Oracle Databases, as a RAC cluster, and deploying Oracle Dataguard, and Oracle rman backup
Familiarity with ‘Applications’ (Ways4, Talend, Citrix VDI solutions, Oracle E-Business Suite etc.) technology stacks is desirable Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
