Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team in coding and maintaining WordPress themes and plugins, focusing on Gutenberg block development.
- Develop and implement highly responsive and user-friendly Gutenberg blocks using advanced React concepts.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested application interface code following React.js workflows.
- Optimize Gutenberg blocks for superior performance across various web-capable devices and browsers, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Optimize code to comply with SEO best practices, enhancing search engine ranking.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in:
- Advanced understanding of JavaScript and React concepts.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (e.g.Redux & React Router).
- Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications.
- JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Knowledge of common front-end development tools like Webpack, NPM, and Grunt, essential for building Gutenberg blocks with React.
- Ability to write clean, valid, and well-documented code.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to debug errors and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- knowledge of WordPress and Gutenberg block development is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for WordPress development is a plus.
