Job Description

  • Collect Monthly payroll changes and process payroll full cycle
  • Conducts job analysis and job description in coordination with hiring manager
  • Issue annual personnel budget following business plan guidelines
  • Issue job offer for new hires respecting salary scale and budget
  • Administrate performance management system throughout the year
  • Implement and administrate employee benefit programs such as health insurance, life insurance, , and other plans, communicate these plans with the employees and recommend benefit plan changes to management
  • Provides services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access to or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees, and process enrollment forms, changes, and loan requests and Maintains employee benefits data in automated human resources information systems.
  • Prepares and submits government-mandated reports.
  • Develops, recommends, and monitors budget allocations for employee expenses.
  • Follows-up on the employees’ insurance status (from the date of hire till the date of resignation)
  • Responsible for issuing the monthly payment for the social insurance subscription
  • Form the recruitment plan for personnel additions or replacement
  • Handle hiring process through preparing contracts, approvals to hire, bank account letters, etc.
  • Conducts interviews and evaluates applicants’ qualifications for vacant positions
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, and transfers. 
  • Writes and places job advertising in various social media platforms
  • Develops and maintains contacts with universities, institutes, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants.
  • Conducts exit interviews and prepares leavers’ analysis report on a quarterly basis
  • Files and maintains employment records for future references.
  • Prepare reports related to the recruitment activities

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of the current HR practices 
  • Good knowledge of the Compensation & Benefits strategies and best practices
  • HR Diploma is a plus
  • Excellent in English languages
  • Excellent in MSO
