Job Description
Main requirements :
- Collaborates with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (e.g.: department heads, Operational Managers etc.) for the purpose of serving as a liaison and resource in identifying recruitment needs and hiring requests.
- Ensures database is maintained with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and documents; ensures all communication with candidate is documented.
- Follows and executes the HR operation functions such as recruitment and selection, manpower planning and headhunting.
- Spearheads campaigns and sourcing initiative for effective candidate pooling, besides building up the department database through Social Media channels such as Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Conducts interviews.
- Handles the screening process and decides upon the applicants who match the recruitment needs and directs them through the recruitment process/cycle.
- Ensures that the day- to- day applicants are going through the right recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements
Main requirements:
- Fluent German speaker.
- BA holder ( Preferred ).
- 1 year of experience in the same title is a must.
- Advanced skills in using Microsoft office; Word, and Excel.
