Job Description
- Manage all users and IT technical teams’ requests and ensure its delivery; data network, systems hardware, PBX, IVR, etc.
- Define service level agreements (SLAs) for all services within responsibility.
- Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise; hardware (servers & storage), operation systems, databases, telecommunications are a main responsibility. Ensure guidelines are followed by all teams.
- Implement and enforce the security policy set by the security officer on all local area networks within the company.
- Manage all team efforts as projects. Hence project management is a main responsibility.
- Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise; cabling, bandwidth, telecom, data center operations, etc.
- Manage infrastructure operations, application and service delivery.
- Manage technology operations Vendors/Partners relationship.
- Lead Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation
- Administer Execution of the operations department projects.
- Define and manage all the Service Management Processes
- Design, Plan and manage all activities within scope.
- Define service level agreements (SLAs) for all services within responsibility.
- Initiate develop and set policies and procedures for the department.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through providing the proper support.
- Generate and improve operation related processes (incident, problem, change…etc.)
Monitor subordinate’s total performance and set the team's quarterly KPIs.
Job Requirements
- B.SC degree Computer Science/Engineering -
- Experience in Data Center (servers, databases, network) and voice communications
- Practices of managing solutions support teams
