IT Operations Department Manager

• Manage all users and IT technical teams’ requests and ensure its delivery; data network, systems hardware, PBX, IVR, etc.
• Define service level agreements (SLAs) for all services within responsibility.
• Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise; hardware (servers & storage), operation systems, databases, telecommunications are a main responsibility.  Ensure guidelines are followed by all teams.
• Implement and enforce the security policy set by the security officer on all local area networks within the company.
• Manage all team efforts as projects. Hence project management is a main responsibility.
• Develop and maintain the relevant technical expertise; cabling, bandwidth, telecom, data center operations, etc.
• Manage infrastructure operations, application and service delivery.      
• Manage technology operations Vendors/Partners relationship. 
• Lead Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation   
• Administer Execution of the operations department projects.    
• Define and manage all the Service Management Processes       
• Design, Plan and manage all activities within scope.       
• Define service level agreements (SLAs) for all services within responsibility.      
• Initiate develop and set policies and procedures for the department.   
• Maintain customer satisfaction through providing the proper support. 
• Generate and improve operation related processes (incident, problem, change…etc.)

Monitor subordinate’s total performance and set the team's quarterly KPIs.
