Job Description
- Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Responsible for Internet and IPVPN circuits monitoring and ensure the service availability.
- Management of VLAN’s, routing, switching
- Manage and operate the Internet services, LAN and WAN connections
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Monitor and Manage Cisco Unified Communications technology.
- Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Coordination with other services providers and third parties
Job Requirements
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- Experience in configuring and Troubleshooting Routers, Switches, and Firewalls etc.
- Experience in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting enterprise wise WiFi Network (APs and controllers)
- Experience in configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications technology.
Qualification and Certifications
- University degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
- 3+ Year Experience

- CCNP or higher
