Job Description
Eram Engineering, a renowned engineering firm, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced HVAC QC Inspector with CBT (Computer Based Testing) certification and Aramco approval. As an HVAC QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of HVAC systems installation and maintenance, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections of HVAC system installation and maintenance activities in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts related to HVAC systems
- Conduct material inspections and tests, including pressure tests, air balancing, and equipment performance tests
- Monitor work progress and identify any non-conformities or deficiencies
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and test results
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay updated with industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to HVAC systems
