Identify the materials and tools needed to complete the facility and industrial production processes as required.
Technical knowledge of contracting supplies
Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate quotations and purchase agreements to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms, etc.
Oversee the purchase of technical equipment, supplies.
Prepare and process letters of intent, purchase orders and sub-contracts for sub-contractors/ suppliers.
Procure equipment, materials and tools complying with the project quality and specifications.
Review and update a tracking system to monitor product orders, receipts, inventory levels
Maintain the flow of raw materials, equipment, operation supplies, and spare parts.
Inspect and audit procurement processes to enable best acquirement amount, cost, and approved/desired quality.
Solicit price quotations.
Work on finding solutions & alternatives to provide unavailable items.
Prepare reports and compliance documentation.
Identify waste and consumption areas in industrial processes, and ways to reduce costs and manage change.
Ability to use computer and its applications (Excel).
Assist the Construction Manager in daily tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Architecture Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement Engineering.
Proficiency in Computer programs Microsoft Office.
Excellent negotiation and analysis skills.
Good technical knowledge of contracting supplies.
Efficient written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiation, budget proposal.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
Demonstrated decision making abilities in a high production environment, including strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to create long-lasting relationships with vendors.
