Job Description
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing strategies to increase the number of visitors
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Formulate / direct/coordinate brand management/marketing activities & policies to promote products.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Managing a social media team to handle the company presence online in a timely matter
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Design, build and maintain our social media
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in marketing,
business administration or any relevant field. - 6+ years of experience in a relevant digital marketing role including delivering performance-based campaigns with lead generation KPIs
- Preferable experience in FMCG / Cosmetics firm .
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
