Job Description

Responsible for the overall Sales management, direction, and coordination of retail activities which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Create a sales strategy for the EGYPT market.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Maximizing business opportunities by conducting ongoing market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales activities and hit sales targets to achieve growth and expand presence in the EGYPT market.
  • Create product-marketing plans with key events and activities to achieve sales demand creation.
  • Manage Team of Sales Executives, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Forecast, Reporting, KPIs, and suggestions to enhance sales.
  • Lead, monitor, and track the sales team's performance to achieve the company target and objectives.
  • Visiting & follow up with B2B and corporate accounts in your area.
  • Solving issues facing B2B, corporate, and end users and maintaining a business relationship.
  • Managing both B2B and Corporate clients.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Specialized in Aviation & Tourism.
  • Report to General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the travel industry out of which a minimum of 5 years as a sales manager in the EGYPT market.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in corporate travel management. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the country's travel market; specializing in sales management or business development of B2B travel companies and corporate companies.
  • Good Knowledge of Travel technologies and Online Booking Tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience in managing & leading a sales team.
  • Proven track record of target achievement.
  • Passionate and result drove with a 'can-do attitude.
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationship with new business partners.
  • Control of compliance with commercial conditions by partners including the payment flow.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Personal skills, Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, appetite for innovative technology, comfortable with the fast-changing business environment, team player.
  • Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving acumen to analyze customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • With own clients (B2B & Corporate companies) Database.
