Job Description
- Assist in forecasting and preparing the industrial operations budget.
- Ensures that all the industrial operations PRs & POs are within the approved budget.
- Follow up on raw material & spare parts consumption for all industrial departments.
- Follow up with Supply chain the delivery dates of requested material.
- Presenting regular reports from Oracle comparing approved budget VS warehouse stock.
- Follow up on the Industrial department’s preparation of timely and accurate budget reports.
- Justify budget variances of industrial operations to budgeting & reporting dept.
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Very Good command of English
- MS Office(Professional level especially Excel)
- Oracle (or Equivalent Planning software
- AutoCAD is a plus
- Must adhere to HSE regulations.
