Job Description
- Forming accounting policies & procedures for EHFI and its subsidiary The Egyptian Microfinance Company-Maksab.
- Creating accounting chart & mapping with lending application for EHFI and its subsidiary The Egyptian Microfinance Company-Maksab.
- Preparing and designing the accounting reports, forms and modules for daily and monthly activities.
- Managing banks (Facilities) files and coordinating with financial institutions to arrange lending facilities.
- Handling disbursement “Meeza Card”& collections integrations (Banque Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Fawry, Aman etc…).
- Preparing and presenting Monthly & Quarterly financial reporting, performance and KPI’s to BOD, FRA, Tax, Social Insurance and Banks as needed.
- Developing Financial Business plan for the coming five years and monthly budget.
- Preparing Fixed Asset modules for a company assets and branches rent as per EAS 49.
- Managing and negotiating with Insurance companies for a client’s mandatory portfolio insurance.
- Handling cash management for daily, weekly and monthly disbursement needs in coordination with operations.
- Managing and coordinating with external auditor to issue quarterly and annually financial position to submitting to company BOD, FRA and Banks.
- Creating a procurement policy and manage head office and branches purchases (if assigned to finance department).
- Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
- Preparing and managing Tax.
- Contracting services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
- Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement for EHFI and its subsidiary The Egyptian Microfinance Company-Maksab.
- Providing insightful information and expectations to senior executives to support in long-term and short-term decision-making.
