We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in the beverage, filling, and packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Maintenance: Oversee and maintain various industrial machinery, including powder filling machines, pipe systems, and other related equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. CIP (continuous improvement process).
- Fault Analysis: Conduct a thorough fault analysis to pinpoint the root causes of equipment failures.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain clear and concise work instructions for changeover and lubrication processes.
- Overhaul and Repair: Lead and participate in equipment overhaul and repair activities.
- Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beverage, filling, and packaging industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
