Sr. Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proven track record in the beverage, filling, and packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance: Oversee and maintain various industrial machinery, including powder filling machines, pipe systems, and other related equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. CIP (continuous improvement process). 
• Fault Analysis: Conduct a thorough fault analysis to pinpoint the root causes of equipment failures.
• Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and maintain clear and concise work instructions for changeover and lubrication processes.
• Overhaul and Repair: Lead and participate in equipment overhaul and repair activities.
• Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.
