Job Description
- increasing Research &Learning activities, Support Documentation & Reporting Process ,and manage Departmental meetings.
- Customer Sample Tracking & examination and Support QC Department and Make sure of Production standardization.
- Monitor returns peace work off and Customers comment on materials.
- Review Comparative study of competitors’ products and Cost reduction recommedetions.
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Collect and document competitive intelligence.
- SWAT analysis of the Department & Resource planning (recruit, motivate, organize training and manage new staff)
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering.
- Master’s Degree Chemistry / Chemical Engineering preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in R&D function.
- Must have previous experience in Plastics Manufacturing .
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders and strong management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Technical Skills
- Highly organized and structured
- Comprehensive knowledge of Plastics industries.
- Strong technical writing skills (procedures, protocols, and reports).
- Advanced level of English.
