Job Description
- Handling daily requests.
- Create and design tour packages.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Quote travel packages.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years working as a Tour Operator handling Tourism Operation files from several source markets
- Able to do complete offers and quotations from scratch and communicate internally with the Hotels/Nile cruises to make the needed reservations
- Can negotiate space with the Hotels/Nile Cruises in tough times and keep the company's agreed upon inventory of rooms or based on request bookings
- Respect dead- lines and do the necessary follow ups needed to follow on the hotels/Nile Cruises bookings as well Airline bookings
- Can work under stress whenever needed. Do not delay the work or leave any work behind the schedule.
Amble and communicate nicely with all the suppliers whether Hotels/Nile Cruises or any supplier of services - Speaking English language fluently reading/writing and understanding. French and German languages would be a plus.
- Knows the travel destinations within Egypt very well as well the Hotels / Nile cruises.
- Work location is 6th October city and we prefer applicants living in the
nearby areas residential areas (El Sheikh Zayed, Haram, Giza, Dokki, Mohandsseen & Zamalek)
