Job Description
- Managing the Operations Team .
- Liaising with the tenants regarding their collections, fit outs, contract renewals.
- Preparing budgets and strategies of the new openings and extensions.
- Assisting the Client Services Director in other property management tasks.
- Coordinate with external partners such as lawyers, developers, banks, and other consultants
- Collaborate in developing and executing solutions to meet client needs.
- Assist our clients in rental, sales, purchase, and property management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years related work experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Real Estate/Leasing/Construction Industry would be a plus.
- Arabic and English (Speaking and writing) are required.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated to new tasks is required.
