Quality Manager

Al Salam University in Egypt (SUE) is a private university in the center of delta, established by presidential decree no. 557 for the year 2018 operating according to both national and international standards.

We are looking for Quality Manager with the following job description:

• Prepare the annual development plan for systems and follow up on its implementation on the due dates after its approval.
• Participate in setting the vision, mission, annual goals, and the KPI’s of the university.
• Lead the internal audit team in developing and implementing approved internal audit plans and managing projects to obtain ISO certificates.
• Organize management review meetings and present a summary of the internal audits to the top management.
• Review and supervise the development of documents, procedures and forms based on audits and on the requirements of ISO specifications.
• Integration of procedures in different departments.
• Review cases of system conflicts (observed or sent from departments) and take the necessary corrective actions.
• Review and submit periodic reports related to quality and development and propose the necessary modifications for continual development.
• Pay planned and unplanned visits to follow up on quality in different departments and issue visit reports including observations and development proposals.
• Manage development projects, issue feasibility studies, and take the necessary actions to implement these projects according to the approved plans.
• Provide support, advice and training to departmental managers and work to develop the expertise and skills of the Quality Team members.
• Provide consultations to the top management upon request and represent the top management in the events assigned to it.
