Job Description
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of the current technology setup.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the performance of the company’s communications aspect.
- Maintain an informed status of technological advances in the field of logistics from a technological perspective.
- Catalog, manage and maintain the company’s technology inventory.
- Make sure company personnel are performing at peak level with respect to company network and hardware.
- Support the LANs, WANs and Internet systems.
- Maintain network and workstation hardware and software.
- Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
- To implement network security measures.
- To manage performance tuning and capacity planning activities to enhance the performance of the network resources.
- Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery.
Analyze user support statistics and other data and recommend appropriate
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Communication Engineering.
- Basic knowledge CCNA, MCSE and Firewall.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- A proven experience in APIs and SDKs usage and integration.
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Operating System and G-Suite.
- Knowledge of: Operating Systems and Data Conversion + Network Design + Communication Protocols & Network Security, function server, experience with MikroTik, DHCP, DNS, any application package + function server.
- Ability to design backup-plans for the company, maintain efficiency and integrity of the network and operating system and understand fundamental business concepts.
- Good personality with excellent problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to listen to advice, able to learn new tasks.
- Communicate step-by-step instructions clearly and patiently.
- Providing customer service as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Ability to align IT strategies with corporate objectives.
- Dynamic Working Conditions: 6 days/week, 8h/day and on call.
- Strong command in English and Arabic.
- Previous Experience: 2 years in similar position.
