Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing job requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a secretarial role preferred
  • Familiarity with office organization techniques
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Company located in Zamalek
  • Working Hours from 6-8 hours
