Job Description
- Make analysis to all problems & Complaint analysis
- Share the technical information with all department
- Allocate the Technicians between Service Centers
- Contact with the maintenance department
- Contact the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
- Collect all problems whether Software or hardware and send them to the Quality department in China
- Share the technical information with all department
- Publish all news related to the software
- Training the staff & perform Technical tests for newcomers
- Report to the manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- Min 3-5 Years Experience in Maintenance
- V.good English language command.
- Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
