Stylish Eve is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Supervisor to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
Job Description:
- Managing team of merchandisers and promoters.
- In charge of sell-out targets across all commercial channels.
- Develop trade marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy.
- Responsible for the execution of all trade Marketing activities & the different visibility solutions in order to boost the demand in all trade channels.
- Plan, carry out and report sales enhancing activities on channels and key customers.
- Maintain customer relationships for future purchases.
- Tracks & reports all competitor trade Marketing activities & evaluates their impact on the brands' performance.
- Assist in developing & executing consumer promotions in all/ specific trade channels when needed.
- Manage, track and report sales incentives and trade marketing budget.
- Determine the strong and weak points of the regions through regular field visits and take business-enhancing actions.
- Execute any other task required by the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Knowledge:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role and field.
- Good command of English.
- Good command of MS Office.
