Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Dynamic Community Management Specialist to Manage and interact with Company’s virtual communities and Social networks users. Aiming to achieve superior customer reach, engagement, and website traffic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage The Company’s social media strategy.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Create Content calendars and Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Set up and Manage company Official pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years in a marketing entity or an advertising agency
  • Knowledge of Community management rules and tools is a must
  • Working on a digital or e-commerce product is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Working in Fashion, Online ShHopping or Related industry
