Job Brief:
We are looking for a Dynamic Community Management Specialist to Manage and interact with Company’s virtual communities and Social networks users. Aiming to achieve superior customer reach, engagement, and website traffic.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage The Company’s social media strategy.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Create Content calendars and Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Set up and Manage company Official pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years in a marketing entity or an advertising agency
- Knowledge of Community management rules and tools is a must
- Working on a digital or e-commerce product is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Good time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Working in Fashion, Online ShHopping or Related industry
