Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Commerce, Business Administration or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in resourcing with minimum 2+ years of experience in Software & IT Services organization
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management approaches
- Strong understanding of the business environment, and understands factors, trends and issues which influence the company's business performance
- Must have a proven knowledge of social networks, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong change management skills.
