Job Description

  • As part of a human resources team, a Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the entire recruiting cycle and undertakes all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. 
  • Senior Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting hiring managers.
  • Ultimately, a Senior Recruitment Specialist is responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Commerce, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in resourcing with minimum 2+ years of experience in Software & IT Services organization
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management approaches
  • Strong understanding of the business environment, and understands factors, trends and issues which influence the company's business performance
  • Must have a proven knowledge of social networks, LinkedIn preferred and ability to source profiles in an innovative way
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong change management skills.
