Job Description
- Manage our Factory operation in El Minya to work 24 hours , seven days per week.
- Manage the production lines, ensure that the produced goods is fully complying with the quality requirements.
- Lead all production team who will work on shifts .
Job Requirements
- Engineering graduate, with previous intensive experience as production manager , work with labors .
- will be working in EL Minya .
- Leadership skills, solving problems.
- Has a high people management skills.
- strong relation to production and in the first stages , he will act more as a production manager he will need to spend the majority of his time on the production floor and less in the office .
