Job Description

Internal Company Duties:

  • Follow sincerely company policies and "code of conduct".
  • Focus on achieving own and whole company KPI's and realizing its vision.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to provide progress reports, share in department system building and enhancing; strategize on steps for following week and acquire information about customers follow ups and feedback.
  • Develop own self by continuous education and using any opportunity offered by company or any other entity such as internal trainings or general studies as clarified in "Training policy".

Installation & after sales duties:

  • Receiving project from factory with a well understanding for its function.
  • Delivering De-MEC Products to customers.
  • Illustrating all product features to the customer.
  • Answering Customer requirements related to Product functionality.
  • Maintaining relationship of customer with De-MEC After Delivering Product.
  • Applying after sales service for customers, including corrective maintenance.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s of Mechanical or Electrical engineering or any equivalent degree.
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • 5-7 Year of experience
