Job Description
- Work with disciplines to provide clients with relevant insights on industry trends, best practices, benchmarks.
- Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, and QA.
- Generate ideas, and effectively translate/communicate client requirements.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), ad trafficking, campaign management, and any troubleshooting necessary with creative assets, and campaign reporting.
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
- Experienced level of knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business needs.
- Must have prior experience with digital marketing
