Job Description

  • Lead the online classes operations
  • Informing students with course start dates and weekly updates
  • Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
  • Coordinate with teachers and students to avoid miscommunication and simple technical support
  • Maintain the time frames for each class

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any university
  • +2 years experience in customer service field
  • Online business experience is a must
  • Ver good English
  • Good in Microsoft Office Program
  • Multi-Task , Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Working Hours on shift basis 1 day off rotational
  • Age from 24-27 preferable
