Job Description
- Lead the online classes operations
- Informing students with course start dates and weekly updates
- Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
- Coordinate with teachers and students to avoid miscommunication and simple technical support
- Maintain the time frames for each class
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any university
- +2 years experience in customer service field
- Online business experience is a must
- Ver good English
- Good in Microsoft Office Program
- Multi-Task , Able to Work Under Pressure
- Working Hours on shift basis 1 day off rotational
- Age from 24-27 preferable
