Job Description
- Make phone calls for appointments.
- Review the conditions necessary to expand the examination by contacting schools to receive any data and then visiting the school to deliver certificates.
- Communicating with schools in the absence or withdrawal of a student from the exam, if the student is absent, and inform them with the excuse that prevents him from attending the exam.
- Contacting with Cambridge Exam Center to book exam dates and enter student data.
- Receiving exams, and making sure that they are kept safe inside.
- Enter exam grades.
- Extracting results and receiving certificates.
- Maintaining documents for exams until they are disposed of according to the regulations specified by Cambridge.
- Selection of examiners based on the standards required by Cambridge.
- Nominate some and send their data to Cambridge.
- Doing an annual exercise for the monitors on exams.
Job Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of experience in administration or English Teaching
- Excellent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
- Able to travel
- Owns car preferably
- Excellent Time Management
