Job Purpose:
- Manual assignment of deliveries to riders
- Monitoring the systems and interfering where needed
- Contact person for partners, riders and customer service
- Proactive resolution of potential issues
- Monitors the riders’ location and movement.
- Contacts rider’s manager to report any issue with a certain rider if needed.
- Handles delayed delivery

Working Conditions:
