Job Description

General Objectives Of The Job:

  • Implementing the necessary work plans and programs to achieve the operational objectives.
  • Work to develop, and raise the efficiency and productivity of employees.
  • Set annual training plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Implementation training programs for the new employees.
  • Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
  • Build quarterly and annual training program
  • Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
  • Track employee success and progress
  • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
  • Implement training KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports on training program
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
  • Presentation Skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
