Job Description
Office & Facility Management:
- Responsible for the office operating process end to end that includes; key management, office internet, office cleanliness, office safety, maintenance process, and others.
- Develop and update the office supplies tracking sheet on weekly basis and ensure the purchasing process on a timely basis
- Handle the office invoices management, different subscriptions and cost tracking sheet with key internal parties.
Internal Service Operations:
- Manage the following processes end to end; car booking service, external document translation, meeting rooms reservation, external print service, package, and document delivery.
Employee Relations:
- Handle the archiving and documentation process end to end.
- Handle required administrative tasks during the onboarding process.
Facility Team Supervision:
- Assist in developing the facility team KPIs and admin unit budget.
- Handle the on the job training process for the department new team members.
- Assign tasks & duties for the team and monitor them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Any Related Field.
- 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience.
